Name or Test Title: Title of the test case.

Description/Summary of Test: Briefly describe the purpose of the test.

Pre-condition: Requirements to be fulfilled before executing the test. List all pre-conditions.

Dependencies: Identify any dependencies on test requirements or other test cases.

Test Steps: Outline all the test steps in detail and in the order they need to be executed. Provide as much detail as possible.

Test Data: Input data for the test case. Include different data sets with specific values.

Expected Results: Mention the expected outcome, including any error messages that should appear.

Post-Condition: Describe the state of the system after running the test case.

Actual Result: Record the actual outcome after executing the test.

Status (Fail/Pass): Mark as failed if the actual result does not match the expected result.
